It’s been a long day, more like a long few. I’m busy uploading photos and charging, before I have to race over to find a state park to camp in, in CALIFORNIA!! I crossed over at about 3:00pm today on Thursday and now in Crescent City, to be continued….

(and chocolate, and beer, and donuts and everything else for that matter) – sitting outside the Safeway in North Bend, Oregon, after crossing another epic bridge, roasting in the heat – now setting records from what the locals are telling me, and many hours of upwards climbing. Glad I made it out of the last town, It seemed it was the portal for all things sketchy, and felt entirely unsafe. I pedalled away, ran into Barry climbing one of the many steep hills for the day and gulped back water. [read more]
